How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer multiple methods to make a payment for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card information remains confidential and private. Aligne and our trusted payment gateways use encryption to protect your card information.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards issued by Indian banks. Customers will need to enter their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit Card Verification Value found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway.

Are there any hidden taxes when I make a purchase on Aligne (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Aligne. All prices include Goods & Service Tax (GST). The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
What is Cash on Delivery(COD)?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternative to paying by credit card or Net Banking. When you use our COD service, you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase. The maximum order value for a COD payment is INR. 25,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD orders. Payment has to be made using Indian Rupees only.
Cash on Delivery is available only in selected pin codes.
Which debit cards do you accept?

How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery(COD) Order?
- After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin-code), you will be prompted for the Payment Option.
- If the COD option is available for the given Pin-code, you can select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"
- On the next page, you will get an order confirmation message, but your shipment will be pending until a customer service representative verifies your order via phone at the number you provided on shipment address page.
- Once verified and confirmed, we will process your order for shipment
- You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order.
Please note: The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is Rs.25,000. Only Cash Payment in Indian Rupees is accepted as payment. Other Payment Terms & Conditions applied for Cash on Delivery(COD) orders.
Can I apply a promotional code to an order that I already placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to any placed orders. Just keep a check on your inbox for the next promotional code.
